Great product. I did hear comments from Epson employee that these unit has problem after few thoursand prints. therefore, print as much as you can and get it back for repair/replace before the 1 year warranty end....

Overall I love this printer. I can scan photos or take them with a digital camera and then print them without having to mess with film development or even leave my office....

If I don't want to boot up the computer and use my other photo printer, I use this for the home personal snapshots. Very convienient....
